My current favorite munchy-stomper is the Reuben sandwich.

First thing you need is some good fresh rye bread. Take two slices of the rye bread, and butter it with a good coat of Russian dressing on both pieces.
I like to stack the corned beef really thick, with a decent amount of sauerkraut seasoned with garlic and dill seed. Next comes the baby swiss... I like to use two thick slices.
Next up, is grilling that sandwich. Don't use margarine for petes sake, use real butter! I like to grill it on medium low, with the lid on the skillet, so the heat permeates the sandwich and gets the swiss good and melty. I want that shit like napalm!
When you have it grilled pretty good on both sides, its time for your delicious reward.

note- a few words on margarine... Did you know that margarine is only one small molecule away from being plastic? Put a lump on the side walk alongside a lump of butter, and watch the ants eat the butter, and avoid the margarine.
