what doobie said, and I know this was not the subject but if you desire to see danker and larger yields you either need to have some Co2 in that room or you need to find a way to lower those temps 10 degrees.

Also add Bud Blood or Bud Ignitor to your feed...
These are for the Bud triggering..
They work well too...
Feed them this for the first two weeks and You will see Pistils...

Remember the NPK is different from Veg to Flower...

It's simply too young that's all. You want it 3 months from germination before you put it in to flowering. You may find it better to use 20watt cfls but double up on the numbers. 20watters don't give off enough heat to burn the leaves, even when touching them. When I grow with cfls the surfact of the bulb is kept between 1 & 2 inches away from leaves, no more than that. Plus with twice as many bulbs you can surround the plant with them

Hey Jet, again we agree on the CFL thing, but I do have a comment. I use a lot of 23-27w bulbs (~40) so you can believe me when I mention that these do get hot enough to damage leaves. Granted I am not lighting with 20watters, but can't imagine the temps are that much different.

Even with good air circulation I occasionally find a scorched leaf or two. Then again, I work keeping the leaves as close to the bulbs as possible...about 2-4 inches away.

The down side to using so many bulbs is you then need more fixtures, wire etc. I solved that little problem by hitting the used-junk store: picking up a dozen fixtures for a few bucks.
