Agreed. But Obama (like many others in Congress) presents a public impression on the issue, while actions (or inaction) lead to greater loss in personal privacy. Obama did not take the opportunity to protect the rights those who use MMJ in States where it has been approved, and it appears he sees no reason to reign in the National Security State as it grows more controlling.
