So you can use the Valloon on the Volcano ? That sounds pretty cool . The thought of being able to walk around the house suckin' on vapes sounds very appealing & quite convenient . Especially if you have a few friends over to visit .There is definitely nothing wrong with the vaporiser that i just bought. But if the cano's go down even more in price , then i might just buy one to compare. But at the moment i'm loving vaping with what i got.Proper vaporising has absolutely blown me out of the water . I can't believe how fantastic it is . My expectations were way lower .And my lungs are very appreciative also.
PEACE

yes you can use the valloon w/ the volcano's base unit (then you dont have to buy a heat gun) but still enjoy glass extraction valve.. The volcanos vapes a room full of friends in no time, passing around the bag is quick and easy.. everyone loves the cano!

Id say the bag takes no longer than a minute to fill (it really depends on the size of the bag you have on, some have 3 feet vapor bags, were I prefer the standard size that they provide you with when you buy the unit, the heating element takes 6 minutes to heat up to 9 on the dial from not even being plugged in, though most vape at 6 this only takes 3-4 minutes to heat up.. some even like 4.5 and this even takes less time..

Thanks everyone. I’m going to start with getting the Vrip lower and upper bowl and their heat gun with the thermocouple. I know their gun is expensive, but what the hell. This is for my lungs and it’s not like I toke once a year. I have a feeling I’m going to really like vaporizing. Thanks again!

So ive just read this thread and now i want a vaporizer too... The Verdamper with the ceramic element looks really cool and the vapor brothers looks nice too (any more reviews on that would be welcomed)... is there an advantage to the ceramic elements vs the heat guns? i just dont really like loud ass heat guns.

The Verdamper is totally silent .You can leave the heating element on as long as you like , cos the only time that it works is when you suck & the hot air passes through the herb.'Caligrower' you're gonna love vaporising .I was a non-believer until i used a proper vape.Especially after using the soldering iron type first .It put me right off vaping.I used to smoke about 3 grams a day of herb with the bongs. But now i,m vaping about 1/2 to 3/4 of a gram a day .And i am high all day .The high lasts for so much longer , i'm using much less herb & my lungs are so much clearer . It was the best investment i've made in a long, long time .Another thing i've noticed is that there is no paranoia at all , just good feelings . I would definitely recommend vaping for people like me with anxiety .

Volcano Vaporising! 101

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well I glad to say that I now use my volcano vaporizer 90-95% of the time I use cannabis. Its the most efficient cannabis delivery system Ive ever had the pleasure of using, and Im glad I found this system at such a young age. I look forward to vaping the rest of my life as I have now quit smoking ciggerretes about a year ago and seriously cut back on the cannabis I smoked since buying this vaporizer. I feel this greatly reduces my risk of inhaling benzes, carbons and tars that are directly related to cancer. I started this thread to not only turn you smokers into vapeheads but to show step by step how to work the volcano vaporizer, change the bag on the volcano vaporizer, and even clean the devise once its gets gooey
The taste was the biggest difference when using this machine.. I never want to pick up a bic lighter again But in the past few months others have turned me onto new such ways of enjoying cannabis butane free that include glow rodding, solar hits and ceramic lighters. Bagsof vapor taste so tastey, i wish you all cold try a puff off my bag Being a longtime bong smoker I did notice that vapor has a tendancy to be a bit hot so occasionally I bust out the bong a water cool or ice cool (bong w/ no water) the vapor hits, this helps drastically if vaping at high temps which is more smokey anyways. This machine is efficient as well. Like all vapes this conserves cannabis more than I could ever imagine, what I would puff in one bong hit gets me 5-6 taste puffs out of the volcano. This virtually makes th volcano pay for itself in the long run. All of you smokers that are hesitant and that had bad expirences with previous vapor systems should not knoock it till you try it. Most likely vape haters had a bad expirence with either a glass bulb stlye soldering iron or frying pan vape, or bought a vapir product as we all know they spend more on marketing than product research The volcano however was researched and designed great. The temp knob ranges from 1-9 most stick from 4.5 to 8 when vaping cannabis. when vaping lower temps more flavor comes out but when vaping higher temps it seems to vape more cbd's and gives a more sedative smokey feeling. The temps the gave in the volcanos booklet are as follows starting at 4 temp of 166 c and 331 f knob at 5 is 178 c and 352 f, knob at 6 is 190 c and 374 f, kno at 8 is 214 c and 417 f, knob at 9 is 226 c and 439 f.. However in a recent video I watched on the volcano over at pot tv.net had an oven thermeter and tested it at temp 9 to be 350 so who really knows, experiment with temps and see what suits you best.
Its all pros here, greater efficienmcy, purity and enjoyment. I first off love the hgih, not as fatigued, lots cleaner clearer high.. Though loke I said cranking the knob up to 8-9 vapes more cbd's and gives you that sedative sleepy feeling we all love before bed Well enough about this and that lets get down to bussiness.. Heres some pics of me showing step by step how to work this thing.
First grind up your herb, lift the metal pin/ top screen out of the filling chamber, place the herb in here on the screen. Now place the pin/screen back in. Now depending on how your feeling turn the heater (when you do the yellow control light turns on also, this is just letting yo know its heating up to the temp and turns of when hits the certain temp... kind of like an oven preheater ) on and adjust the knob to a temp, if vaping cannabis I recomend a temp of 4.5-7.. hashish or kif I like to start out at a higher temp. So the yellow light just turned off, this is letting you knwo its reached your desired temp, now attach the ballon unit to the filling chamber, it clicks and very easy to work. Now place the whole balloon/filling unit on the top of the volcano's base unit and place it on the ring of the exhaust vent. The bag should be upright now switch on the green button. This starts the air compressor and start pumping hot air through the herbs creating the vapor along with activating the flavor (terpenes?) and pumping it up into the balloon. Most are hesitant that it would be stale after a mintue or two but this stuff stays tastey for HOURS! I even ehard of a recent lady doing bags overnite and not notcing but a slight decrease in potency. The manual suggest only filling the ballon w/ vapor you plan to be inhaling in the next 5 minutes. The balloon depending on size and thickness of vapor takes no longer than a minute or two. Once the balloon is filled remove it and the filling chamber (leaving it on the base unit could damage it) no detaach the ballon from the filling chamber and attach the balloon to the mouth piece. Now kick back and enjoy some tastey warm vapor kisses I usually find myself doing 4 bags average per session. I also find the volcano to vape a whole room full of people in mintues, one of few vapes to do this.. the ability to pass around the balloon makes for a whole new way of smoking or vaping should I say Well after your done vaping for the day or week you may notice I slight oil biuld up. This is vapor oil and just a sign that your volcano needs a bag change and to be cleaned This is easaier than it looks though might be a pain just the first time. Disemble all pieces of the filling chamber, the metal pin, the screen and the other metal circle piece. Wash them with ISO gets them brand new looking. Now take off the balloon of the bag and disemble the valve. This is easy just remove a couple of the big orings that hold the ballopn on. Once this is removed push up on the metal piece with your index finger pushing the valveopening, this enable you to be able to unscrew it into several pieces, now wash these too with ISO alchoil to get them clean. Now its time to put a new bag on cut it to your dedired size, tie off one end. place the big oring around the other side and the ballon valve piece inside the bag about 2-3" pull the oring down over and put it in its groove, now fold the bag over and place the other o ring on the other groove. Kind of hard to explain but I plan on geting pics up soon of cleaning and replacing the bag.. well Im off to get bagged!

You are not going to be disappointed. I just wanted to say that the sears gun has a thermocouple which maintains temperature, but what it doesn't have is the digital read-out. That would be nice for sure, and I am sure you will be pleased. Shoot for the 390-400f. range and things will be very nice. I should get a kickback from vriptech or something

Finally someone above mentioned that for them vaporizing has removed the paranoia from the high. This has not been the case with me at all. The paranoia is just the same, perhaps even more since I get higher now. Thats been my experience anyhow.

I have a homemade vaporizer. It's a little annoying to use, but it seems to work for me. Total item cost: $15. I bought a flowerpot, a clear plastic hose, and a really small $10 "stove" at Lowes and Walmart. Ok so, how it works is you put your buds (preferably ground up) in a clean pot or pan. The pan needs to have low sides so the hose doesn't touch them and melt. You put the pan with pot in the center of it on top of the heated stove. The hose is forced into the hole on the bottom of the flower pot. Put the flower pot in the pan on top of your herb. Inhale through the hose for as long as you can . Adjust the heat to try and find the best vapo temperature. My stove is so shitty it doesn't tell you the temp so i keep it between 'med' and 'high'. This gives decent vapo hits, and is incredibly cheap. I don't really see the point in spending $1000 dollars, you could be spending that on ounces of pot
