If you ever have the chance checkout the pink floyd laser light show, it is absolutely amazing, music set to the lights and some video a time you will never forget.

there are also some sweet remixes of floyd out there like dark side 2001 and this reggae version called dub side, definetely check them out, it will be well worth your time.

I went to the Floyd laser show a few weeks ago in Vancouver. It was awesome (dark side of the moon) everyone was soooo blunted, id eaten some brownies and we blazed a bunch before it, and it was such an awesome experience. On the first night of spring break, a group of about 30 people (everyone who went were friends pretty much) bussed into Vancouver (we're all around 15 years old) and went to the Led Zeppelin laser show. It only cost $1.01 to get in because Rock 101 was putting it on or something. In total we all brought at least 3 ounces of weed and everyone was rolling on the bus. That was a sweet night. If anyones in Van... HIT UP THE LASER SHOW. No one cares about blazing (they dont let you blaze in the show but we smoked in the line outside while security walked around) and I'd recomend doing some mushrooms/acid for it. I was trying SOOOO hard to find some but unfortunetly I couldnt until the day AFTER the show!

everything syd barrett has done musically pales all that pinkfloyd (post syd) has ever done...
syd barrett, in my opinion, is one of the few musical geniuses that has been so (un)fortunate to have become relativvely well-known in the music community...
others in my opinion: eric satie, mahler, the beatles...

I love Floyd. "Comfortably Numb" is one of my favourite songs to get stoned too. Their stuff is perfect when stoning. When did Syd Barrett leave them?

yea I prefer to go to the LAZERSHOW in LARGE ARENAS rather than an IMAX or LOCAL show.(Ie:museum shows...)

But yea I went to one 4 yrs ago and in the middle of the show the power dropped.
Everyone in the place (almost instinctly) went "Hey!",..Then,..BING! The power came back up.!
Was funny as shit but kinda cool how WE ALL said the same thing with out a cue/script.
So yea,..
I`ll keep an ear out about for ya.

Having been without a turntable for sometime, I recently bought the Dark Side CD and re-introduced myself to Pink Floyd. I love it.
