It seems ever other city is doing it.
Maybe Marc Emery can answer this as it seems he also avoids Calgary.
That is sad, close to 1 million people and nothing.

Hey, just came in from our little March. Just a bunch of stoned hippies and young young teeny boopers. It was worth being chased by the local cops.

Athabasca,Alberta reporting in. All went well with our afternoon of discussion and our march around town. A journalist from our local newspaper came to get a few pics of our group of about 25 supporters. I provided him with flyers and pamplets,and was proud to enlighten him on todays global involvement in the effort to reform cannabis laws.I have been asked to do a more detailed interview with the newspaper on Monday!! Great weather,great people,great herb.
