Due to the overwhelming response, we have run out of posters for this year .... we will try to have more posters next year, so get your orders in early!

If you want free posters next year, please send the number of posters you will need to globalmjmarch@yahoo.com and they will be ready by early March of 2005.

If you are going to be in Vancouver on May 1st and you want to participate in the March, please show up at the Vancouver Art Gallery (Georgia and Howe) at 2 PM sharp. Please bring a sign or banner or costume or plant - you might win some wonderful prizes. At around 2:30 PM we will March to Liberal MP's Hedy Fry's office (1030 Denman - near Davie) to let her know we don't want forced treatment for our preference for herbs over pills or other drugs. Then we shall cross the street over to English Bay. Music and an Open-Air MJ Marketplace will be provided.

The last week or two before an MMM event is the most important time in my opinion to keep MMM flyers up around town and campus. Bulletin boards at universities are great places. As are the usual telephone poles around town.

I have not seen your posters or flyers, David. Could you, and others, post more flyers here as attachments to messages? People may be able to use them even now. By downloading them, and then printing them out. People can cut out the incorrect cities and event info. Make one copy, and then use a thin black marker, or a black pen, to write in your city's event date, time, location, and contact info.

They can then be photocopied. Copy on white paper, or on pastel-colored paper for greater effect. Colored paper looks great even if only black text and graphics is used on it by the photocopy machine. 100 or 200 copies is good for posting around town.

Look for telephone poles already being used so as not to tick off the authorities too much. If you get stopped by the police, act ignorant, and say that you thought it was legal since there were so many flyers already posted on the telephone pole. This worked for me once. And don't cover up other event flyers that are still current.

Some of your flyers will get torn down, so it is good to repost some more the last week before the MMM.

A staple gun is great for telephone poles. Tacks, or a plain stapler opened up, are great for bulletin boards.

Dekker from Surrey here, i'll be representing the biggest grow city in BC, (well thats what the cops think) by marching down the streets across the good old portman bridge

a 20 foot long joint should get me a prize, maybe with a weed/canada flag on the top
(hopefully real weed,,,im goona need some help on that though,,,eh MARC EMERY, it'd have to be a world record, vancouver would be the best place for that to happen

as i minor untill may31 i'd be more then willing to walk down the street with a 10 pound joint.....so if people supply the weed i'll roll the joint
