I'm pretty sure i read on a TTC sign(Toronto Transit Commission for those of you that don't know) That the Metro Toronto Police won't arrest/charge anyone in small possessions of herb until the Canadian Government figures out what they are going to do with the decriminalization of Marijuana. If i remember correctly...it said they would just take whatever amount of herb the person has on them and record their name....for whatever reason...lol. But in your case if you have medical exemption what can they do?

Thats the rub, the new lack of prohibition has been up held, that cops can't take your bag of groceries, even if you are eating an apple on the street. What gives them the right to confiscate your pot if it's not illegal.
