He was led away by Winnipeg City cops and his beloved Canucks bong was confiscated. He told me he wont stop until he's collected a summons from every province if necessary.
The push is on in Canada the marihuana laws in Canada Must be declared "unconstitutional" and Marc Emery is the man with the balls and resources to do it!

I was there it is true he is being held overnight to await hearing tomorrow and I will be there too .
