The Public Service Alliance of Canada, which booked the plane to soar over Ottawa and Gatineau, Que., on Saturday, has complained the Mounties called for the plane to land because the message it carried was critical of the prime minister. http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/2012/09/03/psac-banner-harper-grounded.htmlcapt blah is power-drunk. the planer never entered into restricted air space and being a pilot from the region he was perfectly aware of the restriction and steered clear of it. however, some are averse to critical thinking.

The Harper government has hired the accounting firm KPMG to crunch the numbers on the controversial F-35 stealth fighter program — at a cost of $643,535 to taxpayers. http://news.nationalpost.com/2012/09/07/...of-jet-program/WTF??? there's 1000's of bureaucrat bean counters in ottawa but THEY CAN NOT FIGURE THE COST? the pirates have to go the third party and fuck us for another $600k??? why can the cost not be detarmined??? why are we buying jets when 1,000,000 FAMILIES are lined up at soup kitchens and food banks EVERY DAY??? fuck the jets, feed the babies!

“The decision of the court reaffirms the fact that the data on guns is useful, that the province which contributed to collecting it is entitled to keep it and that it is in the interests of public safety to maintain it,” http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/polit...ng-gun-registrywhat is the harm in arming police officers with advance warning when they attend a domestic dispute that there's an array of shotguns and rifles on site? what of the unregistered long arms used in the commission of other crimes? what if that same long arm was used by multiple perpetrators in the commission of multiple crimes? certainly most long arms used in this fashion have been stolen but the origin address could be of use in solving some crimes and perhaps ruling out others. added: it seems to me that an unregistered gun would be very attractive to a criminal, hard to trace. when the thug is already in your house if he finds long arms and munitions for same, they will likely be swiped too. pirates are simply kowtowing to their filthy rich.
