The study conducted by the B.C. Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS found that despite decades of efforts to combat drugs, heroin, crack, cocaine, crystal meth and marijuana can be obtained within minutes, particularly by young drug users. http://www.chroniclejournal.com/news/cp/national/users-can-access-drugs-within-minutes-studyhow is it that one can BUY ANY DRUG WITHIN 10 MINUTES but it takes over a year to find a family physician, weeks to get medical tests scheduled? why is it when you get to the hospital for the test you see patients lined up in the hallways? the reason: COSTS OF PROHIBITION. If cannabis were legalized, BILLION$ could be funnelled into health care. man when i go to the pharmacy i gotta wait at least 15-20 minutes to get my scripts filled.
