I'll go with. If they could have proved it before the election, they would have. Otherwise, why have millions of dollars at your hand, millions of blind followers, and you still can't stop a "non citizen" from attaining the highest office in the USA> If it was really anything but a NON ISSUE, it would have been vetted by the Supreme Court. You know, the constitutional check and balance on the executive branch. Or Congress. But nope, just newspaper articles.
