Hi, posting pics of the two plants I'm presently growing. The are both about 4 feet tall, one ( Big Momma ) is very wide ( close to 5 feet ) and dark in color.
The other one ( Little Sister ) is just a little shorter and not as wide, what strikes me about it is that it's of a much lighter green, so I did some research and all I'm coming up with is White Widow, or maybe Norther Lights. Cause I think you can chalk that up to variability.

well that post makes no sence at all... you dont know what ur growing?
i am running all the same strain and ive notice 3 diff phenos. sometimes they just carry a strong trait of one of the parents sometimes even farther back than the parents...thats what happens when cross breeding. unless it is a stablized strain. but even then ive noticed diff phenos.

Plants looks nice and bushy, well done. You should be in for a decent harvest this fall.

Actually, I didn't have a clue as to what I was growing since I got the seeds fro friends who got them from dealers ( bag seed ). What I kinda knew at first was that they seemed to be Indica dominant because I did quite a bit of research on Google to compare how they were beginning to look to what was online. I am a total novice at this ( first ever grow ). I do know that my plants are from two different sources so not likely too closely matched.

The other day on Facebook, an author of a book / Guide on growing Indica's answered that from what he could tell, they seemed to be Afghani Kush and he could be right though that seems a little strange because it would be a coincidence as they do not come from the same sources. [i][/i][b][/b]

I am sooooo looking to try out their buds. Do you think I'll need to wait until october ( I'm in souther Ontario ), I mean it could be, I just don't know, it's my first grow. [i][/i][b][/b]

Patience padewan patience. Resist the temptation to pick buds before their prime, you will be glad you did. As for when they will be ready, sorry, I have no experience with growing outdoors. From the pics it seems they are just beginning to produce pistils, so another 8-10 weeks is needed, which puts you near Halloween. Let's hope the frost holds off till then!
