Insect Frass is insect poop (like guano or castings) But unlike bats or birds, Insect Frass actually comes from plants. In all natural ecosystems (where there are no man-made chemical pesticides), insects feed on and digest vegetation, and give it right back to plants in the form of nature's perfect plant food. Plants benefit insects - Insects benefit plants!
Insect Frass naturally contains the nutrition plants require, beneficial micro-organisms, and the only immediately plant-available source of chitin (pronounced “Kite-in”). Chitin fortifies a plant from the inside out, causing an "auto-immune" response that signals a plant to produce natural toxins which fend off its natural enemies like pests and fungal pathogens. The EPA says that chitin and chitosan (see FAQ's) defend against botrytis (grey mold), powdery mildew, early and late blight, fungal pathogens in the root zone (root rot) and root-feeding nematodes. Insect Frass does NOT cause a plant to kill beneficial insects or beneficial nematodes.

Insect Frass is NOT a pesticide.

Insect Frass is NOT a fungicide.

Insect Frass will NOT put insects into your garden.

Give your plants all the benefits of Insect Frass, without the bugs!

This works the same as Bud factor X by you now who..
It triggers a defense in you girls to produce extra resins..

I find this rather interesting. Sounds like an excellent source of chitin. I have to ask, Tim. Are you using this stuff? . . . or anybody else for that matter?

I am somehow imagining something on the hideous side as far as manufacturing/collecting this stuff goes. Gotta take a lotta bugs to make collectible amounts. And the hole larva stage thing, too. Hmmmmmm... I'd try it.

Now that would be a crappy job: bug poop collector! Something of a challenge...reminds me of trying to milk chickens for egg-nog... wink

You can by this at your local grow store.. Cheep too...Bought a Half Pound for $6.99.. Bud Factor X is over $90+ a Quart..

And yes I am using it now along side of those Girls who got the Bud factor X...

Factor X uses Lobster shells in its product to do the very same thing..

Plants produce excess resins as a defense as they think from the these Compounds its under a Bug Attack without any attack at all..

I got this tip from a Cannabis Cup Winner and Grow store owner who I believe grows the finest OG I have ever have in my life...

So far not differences can be noticed..
Both lots are full of trichs and Resin.. More that I have every produced to date..

Update:
This stuff works well...

In less than a week:

My girls have Goose Bumps all over...
Buds is sparkling and sticky..

I am using Co Co Core Soil...
Results are impressing and quick...

I used 1tbsp. per gallon during feeding and sprinkled 1tbsp.in each directly to the soil per week.

Showing more resin and trich production than the Bud Factor X so far... Aromatics kicked up a notch or two too...

Nice! I always love to hear of "the real thing" outdoing man-made. Can I inquire how you are using it? How much? Top dressing? Tea?

I used 1 tablespoon per gallon of nutrients during the last three weeks of feeding...
Also used one tablespoon sprinkled on the soil for each plant per week..

And yes this is totally natural...
Its Beetle Poop..
Not a Fertilizer but a additive used for Resin Production..
