A quarter teaspoon in a liter should be fine.... Even at 6.8 you could be having some issues if the micros are at a low level to start with... Have a look here... http://www.eutechinst.com/techtips/tech-tips5.htmThere is a chart showing the relationship between pH and availability of nutrients. There might be something in there that rings a bell for you. Although testing runoff will show a gross problem with the soil, a minor one will not show up that way. If there are buffers in the soil that react slowly, your runoff will be the same as the water going in, but you could still have a 7.5 or so rootzone... The issue shown in the pics is either not feeding properly or a pH issue.
