I'm not quite ready yet to start growing my own (waiting until I've got my license), I'm still in the information gathering stages. I wasn't sure if I should put this in the first-timer area or the seed area - I figured here was OK, since it's specifically about seeds.

I'm wondering if there are any strong sativas that might be considered more first-timer friendly than others. Another user here gave me a great tip on some good sativas from aceseeds, however they aren't recommended for new growers.

I have been researching a lot and understand that I'll need to work with the plant no matter what I end up choosing - especially since it'll be indoors.

Since this is for medical purposes, please don't recommend that I start with an easy indica - they aren't appropriate for my needs frown

Thank you guys - and sorry for all the noob questions everywhere. I'm trying to keep them to a minimum by using the search function, and only ask when I can't find what I'm looking for smile

I should add that I'm aware that I'm looking for some sort of hybrid here - and as long as the sativa aspect is strong and the body stone part is minimal, I'd be willing to try it. I'm just not sure what specific seeds I should be looking for that won't be too rough on a first-time grower.

I'm growing Barney's farm Acapulco Gold and Liberty Haze outdoors right now but will have to wait 2 months for a sample.

Nirvana's Durban Poison is a Skunk #1 x Durban Poison hybrid. The skunk increases yields noticeably and shortens up the finishing time. The high is clear headed, soaring, and long lasting. They finish in 8-9 weeks, and are very tolerant. Low odor, anise aroma.

Sats typically have a higher light requirement than indicas.

Hello Crumpet, welcome to the forums.

if you are looking for an easy sativa, I highly recommend Cinderella 99. Very forgiving, odour is of citrus - not too dank, clones very quickly and easily.

The strains mentioned above are all good choices as well.
Good luck.
