I am just curious what the process is? Do you take the exact same forms your doctor signed in the first place, fill them out and send them in again?

You may want to ask Cannagirl about this, but from what I remember, you need to re-apply as you already mentioned. Your doc needs to sign again, as he/she is prescribing you more meds...

You'll probably need a good reason to ask for an increase, unless you have a very understanding doc

Yes, whichever Form B the doctor signed gets signed again with the increased number (written in words).

Your current license will be amended and will still expire at the same date unless you ask that the current license be revoked and the new license be issued with the increased amount. You will need every form filled out again if you choose this.

If you just amend then it expires on the date stated on the current license and you can use Form R to renew with no changes or back to everything if there is any change at all.

Yes, that's correct. I spoke with HC and they told me the exact same thing as cannagirl ^^.

My doctor told me that I will need an increase in a years time. Tolerance build up.
