I understand that it's difficult as hell to find a doctor in Saskatchewan who will sign the forms. For those of you in Saskatchewan who have found a doctor, can you give me an idea of the sort of hoops you had to jump through? How long did it take to find one? How many doctors did you have to talk to? What did they want from you (in terms of your level of research on the subject, etc) before signing?
I'm very tempted to just pay the $400 to some doctor in BC who'll talk to me over Skype and get it all taken care of.

Thanks I've sent in my app. I decided I'd rather do that now and get the ball rolling, instead of waiting the 3 weeks before my doc can see me, and then wait who knows how long after that before finding someone who'll help. I'll definitely talk to my doc about it on my next visit (who knows - she might be supportive of it and be helpful come renewal time), however the BC clinic avenue seems like the best way forward at the moment.
