Maybe you might be able to get away with it in the USA but here in Canada , Revenue Canada audits company's when ever they feel like it! I have been audited on several occassions. As a matter of fact I just had another audit! Thank god for accountants to handle Revenue Canada agents

I am approved for 90 Grams a Month. Don't know how I had got that cause' I had applied for the miniumum a day 3 grams of the 3-5 gram recommended HC dosage sheet.

Had my documents just recieved by Canada Express Post today.

because you're allowed to have a months supply, 3*30 = 90 grams.

Just to clarify a couple of points.

1. Three (3) grams per day is not a minimum set out by Health Canada. I can't find the dosage sheet you are referring to but I do know on the application form Health Canada has a BOLD statement confusing patients and Doctors by saying HC have read a study that determined that the average Canadian used between 1 and 3 grams per day for medicinal purposes. The statement was constructed to confuse when the program originated and they have never once updated the "average" to reflect the actual average being used by Canadians medicinally in todays world of people having much larger licenses.

2. Please read your license carefully and understand the wording. You are licensed to have in your possession a 30 day supply calculated at 3 grams per day of a 30 day month. NO where does it say 90 grams per month. It is 90 grams at any time. Health Canada will only let you purchase once a month but the license is for at any time.
