I'm taking the high road and assuming you are being sarcastic topcat. The wink icon in the original post was an attempt to convey that same feeling to my message...maybe we need a bigger icon ??
There are times, believe it or not, when I don't want to be brain-dead - i.e. I need to get things done, to think clearly, whatever. This strain has the best of both worlds, imo: 1) very high CBD and 2) no 'annoying' buzz to interfere with my daily routines.
From a medical POV, this may be 'it'. From a recreational stand, this is a waste of time.
It would be fantastic to have the chance to drop the pharmas I am forced to live on, yet still be able to write a few lines of code, or read a book and not have to re-read the same sections later.

Well i wouldnt say THC is useless medically, seeing as THC has cancer killing properties and in 1974 at the medical college of Richmond Virginia successfully treated tumors of the heart, lung brain and liver in test lab rats/mice using cannabinoids (mostly THC). Most of the test lab rats/mice given cancer and treated with cannabinoids were cured and some of them even outlived the control rats/mice which were perfectly healthy. THC is also what helps with depression and anxiety etc, yes CBD is great for pain relief but THC is also a critical cannabinoid with medical value even though it is psychoactive. This will be a great strain for breeding with or mixing with high THC varieties in your edibles/bowls. On a side note you must be smoking the wrong strains if your going brain dead and cant function, im assuming mostly very narcotic indicas? try a PURE sativa for daytime smoke and you will still be able to function, it is the opposite of a heavy indica, it wakes you up and energizes you with creativity and motivation.

Just out of curiosity... with current hemp regulations (Im only semi-familiar with canada's let alone the rest of the world) could those CBD and other cannibinoid rich strains begin to qualify for commercial legal "hemp" growing assuming that "near zero percent THC" means less than 0.03% or whatever the legal cap for THC in hemp products is. Dark, I was thinking the same thing: if a plant contains no (or trace amounts) of thc, it could be argued that it should NOT be illegal. Hemp is legal in many countries, so stick that label on it, and voila. Well i wouldnt say THC is useless medically, seeing as THC has cancer killing properties and in 1974 at the medical college of Richmond Virginia successfully treated tumors of the heart, lung brain and liver in test lab rats/mice using cannabinoids (mostly THC). Um...I don't remember saying anything to that affect, although by saying a THC-free strain could be 'it', I may have inadvertently implies this. Let me rephrase then: I believe this strain could be it for neuropathic pain control. im sure this has to have been posted by someone but if you vape your weed at 359 - 378 F over a few times and then take it out and smoke it you will get mostly CBN and CBD with little high. I found if i revape too low I will get more CBN than CBD
I am not aware of any vaporizer that can do this: separate out cannabinoids by such slight temperature differences. THC - Boiling point: 157*C / 314.6F CBD - Boiling point: 160-180*C / 320-356F CBN - Boiling point: 185*C / 365F Setting the vape to 359-378 gives you all three listed above, including THC, so frankly I don't see how this helps. Once cannabis has been vaped at those temps (~360) most, if not all cannabinoids are boiled off...so if you find you get something from re-vaping, I suggest it could be that not all your cannabis is being used up. thanks for the responses guys.

Back when I used to have a small lab setup, I would perform wholesale extractions of cannabis (cannabinoids, oils, waxes, fats, and all) using isopropanol, then fractionally distill the resulting goo - with practice you can get three fractions that are mostly THC, mostly CBD, and mostly CBN (well actually before those three you get various smaller-mass terpenes first, deliciously fragrant). Frankly I can't see how this would be possible with a vapourizer, you need precise temperatures... if you could sneak a thermometer in there so you know the temp, maybe possible. Maybe if you have a lot of experience with this, you could go just on the taste of the vapour..?
