Was in the hospital the other day having tests done on me and the person who ws working on me also had chronic pain but was dealing with a lot of inflammation.

I mentioned the herb but she said her doctor told her that the herb was useless against inflammation.

This chart shows the bits of the herb that work towards getting rid of inflammation. http://cannabisclinicians.org/2011/pharmacological-actions-of-non-psychotropic-cannabinoids/

Does anyone know of a good study that I can send her ?

Thanks
Grassy

It most certainly works, the pressure associated with inflammation in my personal experience is decreased a great deal with the consumption, or even rubbing of oils on the site.

This is my personal experience and everyone is different, but I would imagine this to hold true for just about anyone.

As for actual studies, no I have none available sorry.

there is one article but if you just google "cannabinoids and inflammation" you get many many more

and yes i can attest that it works miracles for my gf and her psoriatic arthritis related inflammation ( although her doctors and specialists also claim it has zero use)

I too have PsA and find smoked/vaporized cannabis has minimal anti-inflammatory properties, but works nice to aleviate pain and other assorted issues.

But, a daily regimen of raw juiced cannabis (of Specific CBD dominant strains) does wonders for not only the inflammation, but at controlling the root of the disease too.

Check out the work of Dr. William Courtney (www.cannabisinternational.org)...it discusses this stuff in more detail.

For me, it's bee life changing!
