With chemical ferts, it is usually wise to stop pois...I mean feeding your plants a few weeks before harvest, in order to flush. As this does not apply to organics, should I apply my tea right up to the end ? Don't know why you had to take a shot at synthetic nutes to ask a question about flushing or actually whether to keep feeding your plants organic tea. We shouldn't give people idea that synthetic nutes pois..... Plants. Because if used properly they don't. The problem is most growers don't know how to use the exact feeding their particular plants use. So they over feed and its gets stored organelles. It's hard to figure out with out tons of time and experience. But to answer you question it's better to slowly stop feeding and make the plant EVENLY use up it's food in soil and stored in plant to properly ensure all compounds (mobile and immobile) are used to their potential. It's a lot more complex but I'm stoned and tired. I'm sure with some research you can figure this out. Seems simple enough. Good luck with the tea and such.

dump the tea if it goes sewer and start over. is the room a little warm? maybe it's getting too warm and not holding oxygen. which if it's the case no matter how much aeration you have it'll keep doing the same thing.
I'd also just keep the sock full of goodies in there while brewing, it's what I do.

The problem is most growers don't know how to use the exact feeding their particular plants use. ....and unfortunately, no amount of reading or talking will give you the answer. Jorge C just says "follow the labels on the hydro nute bottle". There are no baselines out there. Wish there were. His first book came out in '83 and he has worked with many labs over the years.. I gather that you should start with a organic fert of @ 400 ppm and max out in budding at 1K ppm but this has been argued as well... On the flip side, we have a group that after they mix the soil, they add no nutes...everything being provided by the amendments to the soil.. You do what works for you over time... Grassy
