Do you and Sharki know each other or something? It seems like you go back a long way by the way you go back and forth.

I live an hour north of L.A. My regular dispensary was closed for the day, so I went to go through my backup one but they said that I'd have to meet them at an undisclosed location within a certain amount of time or else no sale because the Feds were in town. Now, I can't drive due to severe color blindness, so I wasn't even allowed to know where the meetup was (which I do understand) to know if I could walk it. This s**** needs to end, not now, but right NOW! Hell, it needed to end decades ago!

Prohibition is bad.. But lousy service from dispensarys ta sick patients sucks worse...

If a co op or collective cant figure out a way ta get meds to patients without a storefront they should not be in biz....

I love all those specials they have on either CNBC or National Geographic channels about how pot is becoming mainstream. There's the one with Lisa Ling and the other with Trish Regan where she talks to Marc Emery and Mr. Lee of Oaksterdam University. There was one showing a home delivery guy making his rounds to 10-15 patients per day.

Man there are alotta delivery services... The one area that is sorely lacking is Mail order Meds between Medical States..
I dont understand why everyone is so afraid since everything we do is Federaly illegal anyway..
If you are a registered patient with M.S. like me. why do I have ta travel 4 hrs.to Federaly illegal Dispensary, travel with it for hours in a car.. federally illegal. Then I smoke it, or make it into edibles which is federally illegal...
In 37 years I have never had an issue using usps, but these delivery srvs and dispensarys are so scared...
I get so pissed when some dispensary owner starts quoting federal law ta me when they chose ta violate it anyway... Pussys.. Most sre in violation of state law too.
Just dont make sense.. If you are careful in any MMJ related work you should not have problems, and if you DO have trouble.. SO What... you should be ready....

If I had a Co OP That had xtra meds and a Cancer patient in a MMJ state didnt have access I would get them meds...

Not stinky bud, or pounds, but I would find a way ta help a very ill person.. I could not sleep at night if I didnt...
My problem is I never trust most people ta do it right.
Tho, if they are Really in the Movement, and have knowlege of the system they should know how ta do it right...

Fuck the Man

Update: Medical marijuana president opens legal defense fund

Sandusky and five others affiliated with G3 were arrested and indicted in June on federal drug-trafficking charges.

Sandusky, the president of G3 Holistic, a now-closed medical-marijuana cooperative in Upland, has opened a legal defense fund to help him pay attorney fees and some living expenses while he is under house arrest awaiting his trial.

Sandusky is one of about 100 people across the country who have been indicted by the federal government since President Barack Obama took office in 2009, said Kris Hermes, a spokesman for Oakland-based Americans for Safe Access.

I am sure Aaron will be happy to accept donations so he can access the 25 million he has sitting in off shore accounts, and the profits from the Colorado Warehouses he is a partner in..

How much you giving Timmy?
