Thanks reb and thanks db for all the great advice since I did the tie down and lmore lights they r branching all the way down to the first set of nodes but I was just at my plot were there r about six ladies there and one has a bud growing on top already . It's only two ft tall .... Good or bad ??

Budding is good, you want budding

It's outside though? I put it out there like two weeks ago and its starting to bud already ....she is only 18 inches tall I mean of course I will take advantage of this but Wat caused it to bud so early she shouldn't b budding for a while rite ? and how do I stop the others from budding

Today was summer solstice. Ie, Longest day of the year. In your area that means: 15 hours 17 mins of sunlight. From now on, days are getting shorter. When you put them outside, I suspect you had them on a time schedule longer than 15 hours of light per day. So when the plants got to the beginning of "lower hours" they did that voodoo, that they do, so well.

I love planting 16 inch plants outdoors in late june or early july, its just buds, buds, buds.
