The needs a medical user should always be met first no matter what the condition or what the meds may be. The needs of the elderly and handicap should be met I think before the healthy and able bodied person. The question I think is really this. Those of us who have exempt card, grow licence, is our needs being met. Not as well as they could be. Getting doctors to sign the health Canada forms is not all that easy even if you have multiple things that Health Canada indicates for use. That list in itself also needs to be expanded. Now it does not matter what ya got as long as a doctor will sign is the truth of the matter. Of course yearly renewal is a major pain that needs to be addressed.

Getting a licence to grow your meds is another deal altogether and even more regulated at start up. Once your going they only seem to be concerned that you do not go over your plant allotment
Do we get enough Plant alotments. Of course most will say no. But years have taught me that it their growing skills that are more likely in question.

Hi,
There is no difference between a simple person and govt. person or employee . all people have the same importance and vitality for health. no taxes are applicable on medicines .

The difference is in that the person using MED/MAR. will suffer pain and maybe the ability to experience life without their medicine. While the casual user might miss a good time. Everyone should be able to grow and use to their hearts content, but in case that doesn't happen the medical need is a NEED, and getting high is a desire, need should be look out for first.

Please add my self in the debate to get organized medication just like all the citizens. to specify the facility to specific ones will be a crime . i am really in favor of medical facility .
No one should restrict the basic rules of life to live , happiness.

these rights the charter "garauntees" us can and have been revoked by it, no "right" is "fact" it is a right only if they decide to allow it to be one.
and dont think it cant be changed or modified just look at the US constitution, how many admendments are there? how many have taken away the original "riights" it was to garauntee? Canada is no different. PET screwed us with the charter. the BNAA was just as good or better.

Umm when one thinks they better or in a worser condition and think they deserve more or one deserves less is messed up. We all in this world and all should be equal, and strong and weakness is just parts that make us human. We still the same and should never seperate ourselves from each other. When we do people have misconceptions and beliefs how people should be treated and respected and it makes me sick when people seriously treat others like this. Be kind, respectful and helpful , it how where all here today.

Medical Marijuana in Colorado Springs is already legalized.

However, MMJ patients are not permitted the same rights as other citizens. No other medical treatment, for a sane individual, requires the relinquishment of a firearm permit.

If legalization on the federal level requires taxes, so be it. Let's get on with it already!
