Fair enough Harvey, you've made a good argument, not to mention that more than one respected grower here has proven one can clone from a flowering plant without the world blowing up. My slant on this was taken from notes I made a few year back, when I read everything I could find on a growing decent crop. Seems I was misinformed...

Just goes to show there is always something new to learn smile

Well, thanks for acknowledging my point. I think the overall result of this thread was probably good, despite the bullshit. I always try to do my best when I post on here, despite not knowing the best way to deal with certain types of people.

NScooknet, I'm with ya on this one for sure. Good luck on the grow and if you have any further questions as time goes on, feel free to ask them.

No problem whatsoever, you were correct, I was mistaken...it happens!

When speaking to someone in person, a good chunk of communication is non-verbal: a raised eyebrow, a finger raised... relying strictly on written text can lead to misunderstandings, miscommunication, and/or misinterpretation.
It's difficult to convey emotions such as sarcasm, even with the use of cutesy icons happydance

I may not agree with you, but I respect your right to be wrong!
(there, did sarcasm come through ?) :sarcasticicon:
