Also too bad this is coming from the Pres. we trusted to leave M/M alone. I'm voting Gary Johnson. N either party serves us so even if he can't get elected I'm moving on because I refuse to vote for those that hurt us and when most folkes get tired of being screwed by the people they elected because they are afraid of getting screwed by the other guy you'll know where I'm already standing.

L.A Times today:

Operators of marijuana shops arrested in Inland Empire

The operators of a chain of marijuana shops in the Inland Empire and workers associated with a warehouse where pot was cultivated for the stores were arrested Thursday morning on federal drug trafficking charges.

Authorities said the case involves three people who owned and operated the G3 Holistic stores and three others allegedly involved in a large grow operation in Ontario. The G3 shops are in Upland, Colton and Moreno Valley.

Arrested were Aaron Sandusky, 41, of Rancho Cucamonga, an owner of G3; John Leslie Nuckolls II, 31, of Rialto, another owner; and Keith Alan Sandusky, 44, of Rancho Cucamonga, who supervised the chain’s day-to-day operations.
Also facing prosecution are three workers from the Ontario warehouse: Paul Neumann Brownbridge, 29, of Upland, Richard Irwin Kirchnavy, 45, of Rancho Cucamonga, and Brandon Anton Gustafson, 30, of Yucaipa.

An indictment issued last week by a federal grand jury charged all six people with conspiracy to manufacture and possess marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

Each count carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in federal prison and a maximum penalty of life in prison.

In addition, each defendant faces at least one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, a charge that carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

Federal prosecutors said the arrests come after the owners of the stores received written warnings about eight months ago that G3’s marijuana business was operating in violation of federal law.

Tim

Its operations like G3 that will have all Dispensarys closed.

There are no bigger fish ta fry in the Dispensary Retail Biz that G3 has been, as far as I am concerned.

If they were in compliance with even Just the ADA rules I would not be so down on them.
As far as 420 and 215 go they are not even close.
No handicapped Entry in a Medical Facility? Really? great...
Above a Tattoo Shop that draws a REALLY young crowd that hangs out in the lot tokin away.
The DEA have been parked VERY Openly taking pictures of everyone going in and outta the place for 3 years at least.
Patients have been roughed up on more then one occasion by the cops.
65.00-100.00 eighths. Very Compassionate.

Place looks like the Hard Rock Cafe.
Nice set up for a RETAIL store. They should go ta Colorado.

Screwed us outta our Rec Center by back stabbing me with my own Greedy step son..

Need More?

Good riddance ta bad rubbish

What you guys are failing to realize is that the Fed's plan is working perfectly. We have no initiative on the ballot to legalize. That means the Feds have at least 2 more years to intimidate and harass everyone and anyone cannabis related. They need to close dispensaries and patients growing their own. That way they can license Big pharm, big tobacco, and big alcohol to grow for the masses once O'bummer removes it from the CSA.

You know the big 3 mentioned above have lots of money lobbying our elected officials to crack down so they can make all of the $$$ off of cannabis. Their main problem is the genie is already out of the bottle and they will have huge problems trying to eliminate patients from growing their own.

I believe this industry is big enough for everyone to make a fair living. This is just exposing the greed for what it is.

As for closing cannabusinesses because they make money, Vasconcellos, recently wrote about cannabusiness making money. When developing SB420 there was heavy pressure from law enforcement to keep any business involved from making a profit. The committee intentionally left the language very vague to allow businesses to make a profit. No other business has to ask permission to make money and cannabusinesses should not be segregated from any other legitimate business. So under California SB 420 cannabusinesses can make profits. So the Feds are violating California Law. Looks like we need another suit like WHAMM in Santa Cruz to have the courts again tell the DEA to cease and desist in California.

MMJ sales are not covered by 420, fair compensation for your caregivers time and efforts are covered.
I am no Lawyer but thats my take.
I have a feeling that MMJ sales will be the least of G3 problems considering all the "Other" Bullshit they were involved with.

Again if I had not witnessed Years ago what G3 and another Riverside "Dispensary" were up ta, I would never say a negative word.
I am more worried about places like WAMM or the Marin Alliance getting shut down.
Raids on "Caregivers" and Child Abduction by The department of Child welfare should be a WAY bigger issue on our Minds then some Dude from the "Banking and Investment industry that decided ta Cash in on the Green Rush.

This is my My Opinion and I am Unanamous in this.

(Follow Up) Medical marijuana dispensary president Sandusky remains in custody, Upland California
The DEA has made this personal..
Its not about the law anymore..
Its about Strong Arm Power..
The DEA has made it very clear..
It does not care about anything except Shutting down Cannabis at every avenue in California..
Both the movement to legalize to Patients access...
If anyone gets in this governments way???
This Government will take you out permanently and make sure you are so broke, you have nothing to fight back while you sit in Jail with no bail....

RIVERSIDE - The president of a medical marijuana dispensary with sites in Upland, Colton and Moreno Valley and his brother will remain in custody over the weekend after appearing in U.S. District Court on Friday.

Prosecutors sought to keep Rancho Cucamonga residents Aaron Sandusky, 41, president of G3 Holistic, and Keith Alan Sandusky, 44, from receiving bail.

"We appealed setting of bond and obtained stays ... meaning the Sanduskys will stay in jail until a district judge reviews the setting of bond," said Thom Mrozek, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles

ADA not a path to medical marijuana, U.S. 9th Circuit rules

The three judges upheld a lower court’s denial of the relief, which had been sought against the cities of Costa Mesa and Lake Forest, both in Orange County.

Hey Timmy

First of all I am talking ADA handicapped access into the Dispensary.

And how does this effect actual California co ops that follow the Rules and are smart enough ta keep under Fedsral guidelines.{99 plants} No I dont agree with the Law but they are what they are.
I mean the guy was making BHO right in the back room of his dispensary when I was there. And had at least 3 Warehouses going full time.
Aaron has known this was comming for years and believe me he has off shore accounts that will open many more shops in several other states{He was partners in several dispensarys in Co.} when he pays his way outta this mess. He is only in this mess cause he failed to make a "Payment" which cost him Political protection.
I will say once again that doing"Back Door Deals" with the Politicos to dominate MMJ in Riverside county is what Aaron was all about. He stabbed many true caregivers in the Back. He wont get what he deserves as far as I am concerned.
