I was running a bunch of trimmings through this with about a 1/2 lbs of dry ice. Most people use too much dry ice - usually only need a smaller amount.
For golden sticky-icky hash use popcorn buds, bud trim, or seedy buds. Using quality materials produces killer hash.
It's a nice balance between speed and ease. I ran a 200 micron bag and I've found with a little practice one can master getting golden killer hash by shaking only a little when you first start.
It's definitely the easy way out. Very convenient as far as "oh shit, I'm out of meds, but have this bag of trim here". And then creating smokeable meds in 15 minutes.
But as far as potentcy and purity goes, I like my Earwax

haha that's the best way I've heard it described so far! It's true that this won't make the super potent oil's and earwaxes BUT you can refine the keef powder into oil.
And the golden hash is good for smoking with friends (save the oil and earwax for yourself!)
