Ok, with in the next few days i will be making my pantry that I got at Canadian tire into a grow room, I will be running cfl lights in it. I will post pics when i get it done.

My early grows were done in something similar. You have to figure out how to supply constant fresh air to the plants, deal with odour problems, heat build-up, and space restrictions. It can be done, but it's not an ideal situation.
