my younger brother suffered from intense back pain for 12 years, lost his job, on disability income and of course taking narcotics as well as cannabis.
last winter he suffered a bowel problem that caused him to be admitted to the hospital where what do you know they found and removed 6 very slow growing tumours that had been there for 10 yrs at least. he lost 11 ffet of intestine but his backpain was completely gone!
talk about mismanaged or what.

the crap they did send wasn't fit for hemp. its seeded, burns black, gave me an instant headache, and for the first time in my life I actually threw it in the garbage. then they cut off all communication while still continuing to grow my crop and why don't I stop them? I tried and health canada told me "in writing" that unless the dg is willing to surrender the permit I can't do shit until the renewal.
well then chad, you can look forward to another 6 months of daily attacks in the media, media interviews, as well as legal action for breach of contract and theft. so suck on that.
I call on my alumni's to support me in this endeavour all of those who served in cdn forces, firefighters, emt's to bring the truth to light on these a-holes and let them know our government might support illegal gang activity with our meds but we don't.
Maybe you could tell us what kind of a deal you had going with this group so we can all be enlightened as to how these deals go wrong.

Are you expecting greenleaf to send you free meds in exchange for your license or are they selling you back your meds because they performed a service for you?

If you were planning to pay for your medicine, how much? If you weren't paying how much for free were you supposed to get and haven't?

One thing Health Canada didn't tell you was that you can absolutely get out of that agreement any time you want by simply going back to your Doctor with a new Form B and send in new forms all around with a cover letter that states you wish to revoke the current license on the day this new license is issued under the new application.

That's the end of the bad agreement except where you should notify the person you have the agreement with that you have now changed the situation and they will no longer have a license.

If "your Doctor" happens to be the same Doctor that signed you up for their service then you may have a little more work to do as you may need to arrange another of these visits to another Doctor, just don't use the growers service they offer if that is part of the agreement. If they won't help you get a possession license or your own cultivation license then I suggest you find another service.

It's my suggestion you don't use a growers service unless you have a very clear agreement and understanding of what is being offered and remember, there's no free lunch!

peace

They do give you the option of growing your own, They require you to fill out all forms except B if you choose to grow your own, My spouse used their service for her license and it is real and it only took 3 weeks for health canada to process the application.

Was that at Greenleaf or a different service?

I am really pleased to hear that someone has been lead the right way and that the option for growing is still there for the patient themselves. Most of the time I am hearing about these services signing people over to growers who aren't coming through with the "free" product expected by the patients and how unhappy people are in general with the agreements they have made....or not made.

If this is the case where all or some of these services will let patients grow their own then there is the option of going back, for a fee of course, and revoking the current license if your needs aren't being met by the current grower.

This was at Green Leaf, I have read far too many stories of people getting ripped off so i made sure growing for herself was an option through green leaf.

Not going to happen here so I'll just try to get a proper diagnosis and some proof I asked for a signature and was refused.

Probably won't get that either.

I can't take NSAIDs for my joint pain as it really messes with my guts. Doc wanted me on cholesterol lowering drugs, statins, but after a detailed blood test it turned out my good cholesterol, HDl, was high compared to my LDL and pushing up the total but he still wanted me on meds. Screw that!

I have no respect for the legal drug pushers posing as doctors these days and we get imports that are even more brain-washed than a Canadian doctor. Not much more tho.

My son and both have elevated cholesterol due to heredity. He was nine when we discovered that was the reason for the gut pain we were having. It was pancreatitis.

If we hadn't caught it he would have been one of those guys dropping dead of a heart attack at 25.

Even with his level so high we refused the medication and focused on diet (limiting the amount of cholesterol going into our mouths) and exercise.

We were able to successfully lower our levels without medication and he is now a strapping young man with normal cholesterol levels. It didn't happen overnight but it did happen and has been easily maintained for several years now.

I believe we made a good choice to use diet and exercise and encourage anyone with the same condition to do the same.

Instead of pursuing a pot signature lend your sights on your health and wellness. Perhaps the doctors will sense the difference and see it as medicine. If they don't you will still have a medical record that shows your pursuit and that will hold up in court if ever necessary as it has already been well established that Doctors are not supporting the program due to its obvious failures.

You can always rely on your constitutional right to use this substance as your alternative medicine.
