Sadly, its not yeast. But thanks for trying to diagnose me. Lol.
I've been living with Psoriatic Arhritis for over a decade...what you see is a combination of the sausage-fingers from inflammation and damage from Psoriatic Nails, which is all auto-immune.
I just showed the fingers as an example as its hard to show spinal/sacral inflammation in a photograph...but my fingers/toes are very noticeable and outwardly affected.

Yes, keeping enough leaf material going is the issue I'm having too. I've had to reduce the amount I'm ingesting every day. Trying to figure out this freezing thing so I can setup better long term storage and keep the levels up.

Just to keep things alive here...
I've slightly amended my juicing routine, due simply to lack of greens...the juicing method definitely requires more leaf material than I'm able to keep up with indoors with my tiny setup.
I've started just juicing the leaves on their own, and add a bit of water or a couple of mini-carrots. I've found rough chopping and soaking the leaves in water for 5-10 mins before juicing gets the best extraction for my juicer.
I'm only doing 1-2 shots of juice a day, instead of 3-4...but as we swing into warmer seasons, my disease slows down usually, so I'm not noticing to much I'll effect from less daily juice.
I see myself juicing more in the crappy seasons, and less in good.
