Public Defender flabergasted at what happened.
Tho, he calls me stupid for living in a podunk town and growing our own Meds.
My answer was that this town is part of Nevada and subject to the Nevada Marijuana Laws, and not what ever Law they follow in thier 1950's world.
What was I gonna do, by weed off the local Meth dealer at the Bar?
Also, what is so hard ta believe that a Blind person with M.S. and Cancer that lost EVERYTHING in California WHERE I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SAFE, moved to the ONLY place he could afford.
Where else can ya get a decent 2 bedroom apt for 300 bucks a mo.
I did not think the M.S. would cripple me up so fast, but it did.
So between the rent and Bills we had 100 bucks a month ta splurge on food.
We spent the last 2 weeks of every month eating Potato's or going to Churches for handouts.
5 years ago I was sitting on the Top of the world with a Great Wife and Kids, a Great Job, and was a respected Martial Arts instructor.
Now I am a widower that hasnt seen his kids in 4 years, so very ill I am bedridden 90 percent of the time, with Jail time now hanging over my head.
Just for icing on that shit cake, I had to witness my X wife be tortured by people who's only power over us was the fact that they had the weapons.

The only thing that keeps me Strong is the Fact that I PROMISED Jack Herer that I would NEVER give up as long as things like this are Happening.
And I swore to myself the same goes till Marc is OUT.

I did not open the door. I stepped out and locked the door behind me. They had P.C., so they pushed me thru the door.
We were in the process of obtaining our license.
But, I spent Months without Medicine and got to the point I could not take the agony any longer and maybe foolishly started the grow too soon.
My SSI was passed in October and we were packed and ready to return to California.
Then they put the case up for review and it took 4 more months ta get my first payment with which I started the process of getting a license.
A 1000.00 cost for both of us.
We are being Tortured for being too poor, and too Handicapped to do anything but try ta survive.

Cops told me they ignore the Cards and would have arrested us for the Grow anyway.
If we had what they would consider a small amount{ a gram} in our place, chances are they would have taken our Meds and that would have been the end.
But since there was no access to Doctors, Meds, or Transportation for us, I did what is ALLOWED with Medical Proof, by Nevada State Law and grew our own.
The Burdon simply shifted to us ta prove we had medical need if caught. No problem..
We had ta break the Law, which we would have had ta do anyway, since the Measley 7 plant RULE{NOT LAW} is nowhere near enough for our pain unless they are 10 feet tall, which I could not handle.
My 13 plants were not 3 feet tall and only 2 were in flower or mature.
The real problem is that I started 30 seeds to keep the schedule of Meds up, and they of course counted them.
The Police Procedure was unconstitutional and Cruel.
That has to change.
Life may be a Bitch, but I am sick and I can be a real Bastard when pushed into a corner.

I will sue, I will get on T.V., I have already contacted our State Senator, Govenor, and I will not stop till this is over, or I am sittin next ta Marc.

In California I was banned from wifes bedside cause I might "slip" my wife MMJ while her limbs twisted like pretzels in the hospital.
Not to mention she was removed from the State without my permission, the Divorced from me without my Knoweledge.
In California my Sister inlaw came to my house and stole my kids from an evil Cannabis Co Op Provider.
Less the 20 plants for 4 recs, and I have not seen my kids in for years.
In California we got chased outta our Co Op location because we would not pay Sherrifs Blackmail,(50000} then they chased us outta the next Location with Code enforcement.
The main reason we ended up in Nevada.

Also, our Buddy Tim had a run in with these Cops at his own home. In California. Thats how we met,.
Nothin like having guns pointed at your Sick wifes head ta wake you up in the morning.. In California...
Things might have changed a little, but if you have kids and grow your own Meds in Cali., you can still lose em.

I Started out writing alot of Heartfelt reasons why I feel that we MUST organize.

Bottom Line

I am no Alex Jones but our Freedom in this country has become a fantasy.

Growing my own Meds is my Finger to "The Man", and I am a proud Caregiver who wont be shoved into Prison without a Fight....
Hell, I could just as easily steered a Boat in front of a Whaling Boat, if Cannabis were Legal and I could fight Other Battles that need fighting.
Or I could be camped out in a RedWood for a Year.
It's just that I believe that Cannabis and Hemp could save the World. I really do. So this is the War I Fight.
I am moving my Xwife and Pets outta Harms way, but I am seriously considering starting a Co Op here.

Student abandoned in DEA holding cell drank own urine to survive

Daniel Chong, a 24-year old student at UC San Diego, was taken into custody during a drug raid and abandoned in a holding cell for five days without food or water, according to NBC San Diego.

“They never came back, ignored all my cries and I still don’t know what happened,” he said. “I’m not sure how they could forget me.”

On April 21, Drug Enforcement Agents raided an apartment where Chong and his friends were smoking marijuana. Nine people were arrested and the agents reportedly seized ecstasy pills, marijuana, prescription medication, psychedelic mushrooms and weapons, according to CBS 8 News. Seven of those arrested were taken to jail and one was released.

Chong, however, was left handcuffed in a 5 ft. by 10 ft. holding cell.

Chong said he screamed and kicked the door, but to no avail. Eventually, he began hallucinating and drank his own urine in hopes of staying hydrated. After days without any human contact, he tried to kill himself by breaking his glasses with his teeth, and using the glass to cut himself.

Surprisingly, Chong allegedly found a bag of methamphetamine in the holding cell, which he used to stay awake.

After five days, a DEA worker heard noises coming from the holding cell and discovered him. Chong was taken to the hospital, where he spent three days in the intensive care unit.

The DEA has not apologized to Chong. He has not been charged with any crime.

This is a disgrace, and every sincle DEA agent that anything ta do with that MUST BE FIRED.
I talked myself blue about LEAP ta every sheriff, Lawyer and Judge I came into contact with.
I asked them if Slavery was started again, or Rounding up Jews, or people over 50, or people with Goatees were rounded up, what would thay do?
Answer:Anything they had ta, so they could keep thier Jobs.
I asked them if thier wife had Cancer and they were in my position, what would they do?
Answer:Same as I did and hope they dont get caught.
This Country has gone insane, and I am actually considering Moving to Russia, Jamaica, China, or Spain.
Especially if they try ta Hang Me.
2 years in prison would be a death sentence for me.
I will fight this to the Supreme court if I have to before I do anything drastic, like go on the Run.

I believe this Country is heading for another Violent Civil War and if that happens I am in.
