The garden centers around here sell wire tie material in a roll with a lil clipper on it so you can cut it to whatever length you want. Her's a link to what I'm talkin about..

Fera, look here or Google "Low Stress Training" or LST. This is a simple, efficient and relatively non-stressing way of handling fast growers...heck, I use LST on all my grows.

i have my big roll of twist tie covered wire so im ready, but do you think the plants are ready, and 2ndly when i bent them, all the leaves underneath do i just let them die off themselves or do i trim them off? and also the one on the right started 4 days before the one on the left but they are the same height, jsut the one on the right has ALOT more leaves

Thats what we call 2 different phenotypes Fera.

Those don't need topped or bent yet unless you're wanting to flatten your canopy out where your tops currently reside. Wherever you top, assuming the strain responds to it well, you may see another 2" of growth at very max above the topping site. With this in mind, if you want your canopy to be no higher than another foot by the time its done flowering, then sure - begin to top now. Top your main cola, and then as the lower branches begin to gain vertical growth, top them evenly with your screen to make a nice canopy.

Do not trim lower leaves until you want to start flowering. A week before the 12/12 cycle is when I like to "lollipop" or bottom trim my plants - get rid of all insignificant branches that are trying to grow through the canopy wasting resources and energy due to lack of lumen penetration. Thin branches, tiny node sites, small leaves, etc.

Similar to what you see here (but on a much smaller scale obviously)


If you'll notice the shaving and trimming that was down to the bottom half of the plants. Do this.

Good. It's good to have a picture to aim for. It helps. Give it another few days and slowly start bending it over to the edge as you wish.

ive bent them over and now am about to start bending around around the edge of the bucket, one more week before i start to flower these puppies.

I like the look of your plants very healthy looking , i just tried for the first time tie down my crop although i left the insignificant lower branches i had 6 critical dinafem and two pexpress fem the later responded best. heres a link to pics http://s1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa346/radion007/Pineapple%20express/ they were grown in soil under 350 cfl veg 600hps flower .
