It's possible some of your seeds would be CBD rich, but you'd have to grow a bunch out to identify the different phenos that come up. And you've got to know your parents, as not all Cannatonic expresses CBD at any significant levels. If you have time and space it could be a fun project.

I think ratios depend upon what one is treating, or whether juicing for general health and prevention. The "magic" 1:1 CBD:THC ratio that many strive for is probably great for MS spasticity issues and pain, which is what Sativex is all about. But we're talking a different beast altogether than juicing, main difference being decarboxylation, which potentiates the THC. In juicing, theoretically one can get much more CBD-a and other cannabinoids and terpenes into the system. Dr. Courtenay has a great chart on his site about the Pharmacological actions of non-psychotropic cannabis that I find valuable info: http://cannabisinternational.org/about.php

Do you normally just take it once a day?
I'm making enough for 3-4 daily doses...usually falling around meal times. I was reading something from Dr. C that suggested keeping "topped up" through the day was more beneficial than a big dose once a day.
I dont smoke it anymore either. Haven't in a number of years...lungs more sensitive as I get older, I guess. I vaporize when I need pain-relief or sleep aid from a THC dominant Indica. Or during a flareup.
