awesome thanks alot, the new growth is looking good so i guess theyr doing okay, growing nice and quick too, i want to try and top one of them so i get more heads but im not sure how to do that yet.

go easy on your first grow..... keep it basic and learn from it. Don't put yourself in the realm of 'loving your plants to death'.
