I am talking about when they are actually in the smoking section of the cannabis cup and I am pretty sure guys were smoking off them. Girls had the torches to get them red hot. And Yes, it is like a paddle/spoon with the handle being a hollow stem. I saw big clouds of missed smoke too, it looks like it would be a good tool if you actually knew how to use it without waste. Practice makes perfect...
