it's not genocide you're not considered a lesser type of human who deserves to have his whole family worked to death for the betterment of the master race

That's the Holocaust.

There are many different types of genocide. It has a very specific legal definition, which includes - or should include - forced assimilation ... which is a crime just as bad if not exactly the same.

Genocide doesn't mean mass murder, it means the elimination of a type of people.
