figured out how to take a picture with the light on. i got in there right as the light turned on.

can some1 shed some light on how to create a even canopy im thinking of topping but do not know when to do it. i dont want the one i topped to be too short, but i dont want to wait too long to do it either. its one week and one day into flowering and have more than doubled in size from a week ago

Use wire ties and train the plants instead of chop chop. Just bend the growing part over, about an inch or inch and a half, and wire it down, youll have to do it about every other day until you get it how you want it.

do you think if i were to trim up the bottom of the other plants they will catch up? or is it a bad idea to trim during flowering?

ok so what i did was trimmed all lower branches, smallest ones more and super cropped the one tall one. i pinched it in three different spots at the top, and has seem to have slowed down the height. i think continuing this will help out tremendously. im not cutting anything off the tall one just to see what happens.

I have those tall girls all bent and curled around where the main colas are coming up right alongside of the others and all the bottom stuff is exposed to light due to the angle it is laying so those buds are going crazy too.

The plants will bend and even grow sideways, u just bend them a little at a time and then a couple of days later a little more until you have them where you want them.
I once grew one out to 6' indoor sideways. I got it to where it was going horizontal and then kept tieing it down as it grew. What happened was I got 1.8 lbs off of that plant but it also took up the space of 5 other plants. What happened was all of the buds on the plant grew as though they thought they were the main bud (oh and I had topped it too)and went for the lights. It was like having a one plant sea of green. I did that due to trying to figure out how to stay within state medical laws for amount of plants and yet obtain the yield I wanted. Keep in mind that this plant was under 2 x 1000 hps. What I am saying is that much can be accomplished with a little string and ingenuity.
