You can take pics of plants and vegetables and transform them in photoshop and it will be digitally generated. wink
What you could do is use the picture you have drawn as the template then on another "layer" resize the items to fit the same size parts in your drawing and it will be the same but with texture of real plant and fruit matter.

I had to do something just like this for a photoshop class. smile
