Have any Christians taken the time to consider that maybe the burning bush wasn't actually a bush on fire but was him smoking to be able to speak to God? Have you ever considered that it's made very clear the voice of god is an angel with a name, whose voice of perfection, as true perfection, if ever heard would force one to go deaf, much as the face of god may not be viewed as to view true perfection would not only make one go blind, but end their existence. Look it up, it's in there. Anyone who "heard god's voice" in the bible didn't truly speak to god, nor did he speak to god's voice: any reference to the "hearing" of gods voice must be taken as inference, insight, or speech through the minds eye, unless they want to simply consider it hallucinations. just sayin...

Christians believe that the Bible is God's word to us. So, by default we build the corrolary truth and say we know what God wants if it says so in his Word.
Christians beleive that the Bible is "God Breathed", 100% man, 100% God, like Jesus.
2Peter 1:20 "Above all, you do well if you recognize this: No prophecy of scripture ever comes about by the prophet’s own imagination, for no prophecy was ever borne of human impulse; rather, men carried along by the Holy Spirit spoke from God."
Yeah but that's just what they BELIEVE. But they don't all believe the same thing, as many scriptures are interpreted in different ways, due to the vagueness of their meaning or the fact that they're steeped in history that we are unfamiliar with. We easily misinterpret it. Sometimes by accident, and sometimes on purpose. Fundamentalist interpretations are the most naive, in my opinion. Their 'sins' are doubly evil because, not only are they lying and manipulating for themselves, but they drove people away from ever being able to understand the meaning. Any sensible person would reject them as liars and fools. You don't have to leave textbook Evangelical theology to see clearly that cannabis prohibition is sinful and demonic. It's a matter of liberty of conscience.
I'm with you on that.

Ok, I'll take this bait,
Lets make some facts crystal clear. The Holy Bible was written in greek, hebrew, aribic, and other obscure languages.
There are words in greek, hebrew, aribic, and the other languages that don't translate to english. Who determined what word to use in this case?
Words change their names in the 1920' if you were gay you were happy.. What are you if you are gay in today's language?
So for you "Christians" answer me this.
A man kills a whole family, father, mother children, lets even say he raped them all before he killed them. The man goes to Prison, while in Prison he finds Jesus. He becomes Born Again and receives Jesus as his lord and savior. He gets into heven.
Now we have this china man who lives in a very, very remote village. This china man has never traveled more than 10 miles from his village and that was when hunting for food. This man only knew of buddism. This man never heard of Jesus.
Now the Prisioner gets to heaven, but the china man doesn't. The prisoner received Jesus. The china man never ever heard of Jesus and because of that he doesn't get into heaven? That isn't my God....
Conduct research on the history of religions and you find Government came out of religion. Neither can be trusted.
Read all religious documents to understand the whole of religion. I've personally read the bible X3, Quran, Bactava Gida, Upanishads, Tibeten book of the dead. Most religions have more similarities than differences. Treat others how you want to be treated. Try to live a clean sovereign and just life.
my best suggestion to all is constant repetition of the Ho-Oponopono prayer:
Thank you, I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me!
Let go and Let God, get yourself out of your way, become empowered with God's light. Meditate on your connection with God and the things you need to learn will be put in front of you, you get to choose to read and learn or not. No man can give you what you need. Many men will be required each as a guide, be it the begger on the street or the slick politician speaking his oration of splendor and lies. You have to determine which one speaks the Truth to you! All speak, some speak truth!
Thank you, I love you, I'm sorry, please FORGIVE ME!
and that's my $.02 worth...
