Lemon skunk...


Smells like sour citrus. When I greens'd a fresh bowl there was a very sweet taste on inhale. The exhale was grassy, sour lemon taste, with sandalwood undertones. Needs a week or two for the terpines to do their thing.
The high. You have to understand that this is a potent strain. I pulled it a full week early to prevent the almost narcotic effect it has on me...
First hit. Immediately you feel a warm rush over your body. Second hit. The taste is more complex. hints of jasmine? Perception slows. You begin to feel the effects.
Third hit. Took a big one. Coughing. As I lay back I close my eyes and my mind begins to drift. Body feels extremely heavy. That sour smarties taste is still in my mouth.
Fourth hit. Losing track of time. Feels like the first hit was a thousand years ago. lol. I am feeling the full effects of the first hit. total time fifteen minutes.
Again I lay back.
Ten minutes later I pick up the controller and lay some siege on some cod. I think to myself as I am playing. "fuck I am stoned."
Fifth hit. In retrospect not the best idea. lol
I sit there for five minutes...just staring at my controller, bugging out about the funny thoughts in my head.
At this point the high feels very narcotic. It is like a blanket. I even feel medicated. Physical movement feels labored.
It is one of my favorites. But only for light wake and bake and sleepytime. lol
When I smoke this girl at night she puts me right out. You can concentrate and stay awake but if this bud catches you slipping you will wake up at 5 o'clock in the morning on the couch.

Purple Haze


This is the most dynamic high I have found. It is powerful but it is a more spirtual high, body and mind.
First hit. A Wintergreen/Citrus flavour instantly fills my mouth. Sounds funky but I like the taste. My muscles begin to relax. Very smooth on exhale. Sugary, hazelnut taste.

Second hit. Flavour is less pronounced, but the smoke rolls over my tongue and tastes like sugar. Still not feeling the first one yet.

Third hit. On the edge of the couch. Ripped the bong too hard. That one rung my bell. Lean back in to the couch. As soon as I lay back it climbs right on top of me. That spiritual high rolls over me in waves. I can feel drawn into the couch but my limbs aren't heavy.

Fourth hit. Yeah...not going to take another one. I am fucking blasted. Manic creativity, I rush to find a notebook to scribble in. Watching Law and order. I can't here the main characters but I can hear the hotdog guy 20 feet behind them. Superhearing. hahaa I should mention when you sit up or stand the high will seem to be drained from you. It's a trick. Do not smoke more to compensate. As soon as you get in a restful position it will hit you all over again.
I really like this bud. It has a great taste, long lasting high. Some might not like it due to it's exotic high. Not to say that this girl doesn't have indica tendencies. The more time you spend with her the more she is going to work on you. There is no ceiling with her either. There is going to be a moment the high will try to make you fall asleep. I reccomend that you smoke her slowly over a period of hours. 1 Bowl a day is enough for me.

I don't know what to say about the cindy. The high falls into the umami category. Not to say it is one of those sat's that you smoke and ask "Am i high?" When you have first introductions you will become very aware of her power...

7:30 a.m. I open the jar of the cindy. Intresting, flat spicy smell. Can't really put my finger on it. I pull a branch off the cola and get to cuttin with my scissors. Now I smell sweet pineapple cake and cloves.
My first hit off the bong is sweet. The smoke is thick. Tastes like a mouthful of cake. lol The spicy flavour on exhale is complex, sweet/sour. I feel it almost instantly. It's complex, clean. For about five minutes I sit there surfing completely forgetting I am trying to put a smoke report together. Let me explain this a little more. After I took a bong hit I was feeling high but it wasn't enough for me to want to stop. It was more I felt content on just that one.
So after that setback I took another one. The same identical headrush. I can feel a powerful buzz but not really high you know what I mean? The high is changing now. Deep introspective feeling. No thoughts on anything particular, just looking inward.
I wait 5 minutes, on purpose this time. lol The third hit the taste is less on inhale but the exhale never changed.
Whoa...yeah I am stoned now. It is like a switch turned on in me. Whether it was feeling the tru effects of the first or all three together but I feel High as Hell.
By now Cindy and I are best friends. I could take another but why. I am feeling an intense rocking motion and the high feels cosmic. I told my brother it feels like your head is in a gigantic ballon and it's floating above your body. That's the best way I can describe it.
I should say that I did not like this bud until it had at least 3 weeks. It is important to have a good cure with this one.

I would marry Cindy based on your report oldtree, might be a little spicy from the JH side of things

I loved this bud. The flavour on this one was nothing short of amazing. The inhale was pure sugar cane clove. The exhale was roses. That was the taste. Remarkable. I have never smoked a bud so floral before. As far as potency it was it was a strong 5 on the 1-10 scale. There was a ceiling with this girl and she held fast. The high was pleasant, long lasting. I wish to hell I would've revegged it.

It all looks and sounds amazing!! Pure paradise!!

GREAT SMOKE REPORTS: Hey tree I'm glad you liked the Purple Haze. If you grow it again try lettin' her go for 2 more weeks and the high is totally different. Uplifting daytime buzz.. I did the same thing the first time too. Now I grow two at at time and let one go longer and it's like growin' 2 different strains. I'll pm ya about some ideas about some things to do with that strain and see what ya think..
