More than 1300 Marihuana Plants and eight kgs of Marihuana Bud Seized

On the afternoon of Sept 23, Clearwater RCMP members with the assistance of Central Interior Traffic Services executed a search warrant on a rural property on Clearwater Valley Road. Officers found more than 1300 marihuana plants being grown in the house and a shop. Along with the plants eight kgs of dried bud were also seized. An electrical bypass was found as well.

Upon attendance two persons, a male and female from Richmond were found in the house. Both are facing charges of Production of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Theft of Telecommunications.

The 10-acre parcel was purchased less than a year ago with a 3-story house and small shed on the property. Since then the owners constructed a 24 X 44' outbuilding that contained marihuana plants just starting to bud. Inside the house the residents used rooms both in the basement and upper floor to grow plants. There were approximately 200 clones being started in one bedroom.

It was obvious to members that the persons bought the property for the sole purpose of growing marihuana. Changes to the property and buildings were specifically done for that purpose.

The two were released for court in Clearwater Dec 15, 2010.

I hate it when any weed gets busted. Didn't take them long to find this one.

Trust no one...

When I was in the remand center it came out that many of these guys were "ratted out" by girlfriends/ex wives in a fit of spite or rage. The trust no one rule is a fearful wimp's way of handling it. Living a life where you become fearful of everyone and blame someone for something they might be innocent of, or be held under threat of ratting to some evil woman.

When you fear them this much, they have won! That is why they continue to win, because you accept their definition of you and behave like paranoid, furtive criminals.

Live up to your national anthem, grow some balls, become the brave whose home it is, and stand up in mass, without fear, like the blacks did (some of them gave up their lives), against your friggen Nazi government. Demand equal rights under the constitution or "you'll burn the White House down and light joints of freedom from the fire."

Don't scurry about in fear and let them pick you off one by one. Grow some friggen balls.

The same goes for Canadians, burn down the Parliament buildings if these anal orifices don't respect our right to a peaceful existence as guaranteed all citizens.

Not many of you morons will leave off with the insults to read it thoroughly and then comment on its substances, rather you will slur like the low life curs that you are, who deserve to have your liberties curbed and be caged by those who feed you propaganda, which keeps you busy arguing endlessly spitting at each other, because you can't be bothered trying to grasp something before you rip in with you stupid opinions.

this is why i posted what i did. this stuff happens. it isn't about fear it's about common sense. and taking precautions against irrational people.

i do like your post. very well said. for pot smokers, the freedom is slowly coming around.

That's your mistake: there is no fucking common sense here. They are practicing oppression/tyranny through theft of your property and you haven't hurt anyone. You are complying with it in fear, it makes no difference. Fear of girlfriends, fear of living a normal life which you are entitled to, even if you grow a beneficial plant that is peacefully used by millions. It is time to say enough is enough! Fuck the fear! We'll meet in jail and plan an armed revolution. Or we sacrifice something precious to us, because we are men and women of honor, integrity and grit. Draw the fucking line you fucking wimps!
