That would be fear. To me that is understandable and even somewhat expected. By working through fear one can come to a deeper level of understanding ... one might even say that it improves health or has healing power. Ah yes, the healing powers of hell, LOL. However, like all powers (at least all the powers that i'm aware of) they can be used create / heal as well as destroy / kill. Power can be used for good or bad ... but I will leave the discussion on The 'real' difference between good and bad? for a different thread. Anyway, what you perceive as "picking nitts" or "nitt picking" ... I perceive as "attention to detail".
