What are they not telling us? The timing of these misplaced uniforms with the Summits and the extraordinary expenditures makes one wonder: are the Tories creating scenarios to substantiate their $1Billion security Boondoggle!

Of course the cops are going to deny uniforms being stolen, this would be a lapse in security, but dry cleaners are not vaults or locker rooms.
