No, not a constant flow. Right now I only flood once a day, and that takes about 2 minutes to fill the table before the siphon valve begins to drain (just before it overflows). The first four days I didn’t flood at all as I wanted the cubes to dry out somewhat. When they are young the ph in the cubes remains fairly constant so I’m not getting into multiple floods yet. Personally I’d prefer to flow down, (not constant, I choose 30 minute washes) but this table is completely full and my emitter manifold needs to sit on the table to catch the drips. Flooding doesn’t balance the cubes like flow down, but it will work. I posted a similar 23 ebb and flow here before, mid June of 2007 but only one of the pictures survived the forum upgrade. That grow was terminated early due to an interruption sad to say, but the girls pulled me through it. It had a 600 watt sodium in a fixed 8 inch air-cooled reduced down to a 3 inch….
