I had 30 female (not identical) clones growing in my aero setup, now I have a few less, due to a few dying and one I just cut down today because it was all seeds. The plant next to it, which is very large compared to the rest is also turning to all seeds. What the Fuck is goin on??? How does a hermaphrodite work? Does it actually produce pollen? I know which plant was the possible hermie, it is the one I just took out, but I never saw anything that looked like a male flower, just seeds. This is really going to kill my harvest, it'll probably reduce it by at least 30%. I've gotten "hermies" before, whatever that even means, all I saw before was a plant that spontaneously produced seeds on one branch, with no males around, and no visible male pollen sacs. I just cut that branch off, and the rest was still all good. But that is not what is happening now, this shit covered the first plant entirely, and spread to the adjacent plant. Can you even see pollen sacs 5 1/2 weeks into flowering? I can't tell what I'm looking at. It looks like the big plant's seed bracts or whatever you call them are all swelling up, and the plant is going to produce all seed. But will it fuck up any of my other plants? What causes the plant to do this? The light directly above this one went out, so it is only being lit by the adjacent lights. Could this cause the plant to freak out and produce seeds somehow without actually being pollinated? I'm still waiting for my new ballast to arrive, it should have been here already. I know the first plant to do this was just because of crappy genetics, but this other plant that's under the dead light was my highest yielder last harvest, so this is Really pissing me off. Is this shit going to continue to spread to my other plants? Is there a way I can tell if the plant that is producing seeds now is also producing pollen?
Thanks for any help in saving what's left of my harvest..

Well, looked over the whole crop, didn't see a single "banana" anywhere. Hopefully the plant I threw into the blender was the only one that had the lady gaga like tendencies. Too bad I didn't look at it more thoroughly, I just got pissed, cut it out, pulled out the roots, and threw it away. Also too bad that fucker was enough to put seeds on most of my plants. It is hard to inspect the plants due to the screen, since the buds aren't standing up yet, you can't really see all around them unless you get under it, which is pretty awkward.
