So you are switching to LED for your bloom room ?

How far away can you place the lights ?

I am really interested in some more lights,
are the prices coming down any on the LED ?

sadly they have not come down in price yet. well, for the best units anyways. the 1w chinese panels and UFO models are cheaper everyday, but they arent worth the money. i bloomed with this unit 25" from the canopy. the buds were solid, but lacked the hugeness that i usually get.

T5, you just dont stop. im lovin it like Mickey Deez. i see you in that pic trying to hide your reflection, hehe. keep it up man. its looking beautiful like always. i hope you are enjoying the smoke from last round, they looked tastey.

I need me, I want me and I’d like me to have an led panel as big as this table
solid array of all the various spectrums with lots of reds whites and infras
use these burning bright ones, the girls need room to breathe

loose the fans, just have an upper cooling shaft that was shaped to accommodate ventilation connection at both ends, that way a filter is an option and separate exhaust is a must
put in an air-flow switch and a ballast temperature digital monitor (just like the cool vaporizers got) and have it rigged to open and vacuumed out
ya, adjustable dials on the spectrums, more then two and separate power switches for each ballast

adjustable side flaps. more then four. Reflective. at least a couple inches deep

make ‘em right here, send ‘em in pieces and I’ll put it together

hows that for enjoying what these lights can do!
more please
more

but I’m satisfied
really

i'd give you my left nut for one
just don't make me laugh
cause it'll hurt

Edit Reason: left nut crack

10-12 inches – ya, that’s about right with this light also. I’ve ran it right on top of the girls many times and it will bleach the tops white and keep them blooming. Even last time, I had a tall one and a short one beside it. I thought the short one would be far enough away and not bleach out, but in the end it did. It was about 10-12 inches from this led.

Now with this set-up I need to keep the light up to provide coverage for all the girls. Depending how tall they get we might not see the bleaching, but I might have to cut the legs off the table to achieve that!

I get some issues from the lights also.
Spots on the leaves and they get crispy,
but the buds are tighter when the light is close.

yes cali - that mylar is a pain in the ass

and Earl - my led and hids bleach my leaves and bud, don't make them crispy at all - they feel real soft, like lamb's ears

4x10 almost sounds like an a/c register. Wonder if you can match up the 4x10 openings, aluminum tape 'em and have a 8" ducting size on the back, prolly very doable T5.

This shows the DC power supply and the diode drivers
And then that 4 X 10 ‘boot’ or A/C or heat register

Then shows a slight modification to the 4 X 8 boot
And then bolted right under the Lumi’s hanging bracket
