Here's a Top Cop who got suspended twice for making prank-sexist-racist 911 calls. Then he forged a letter of character from another Top Cop in an attempt to support a grievance arbitration. He was overlooked for a promotion because he could not apply for the position while under suspension. Perfect candidate! I'll bet he'll be running for office in no time!
