ISM, You know you and momma are always welcome, I want ya to evaluate what I do with ya ganja anyways...hehehe come on down..
IndicaDreamer, I'm sure yours will be as good if not better than mine, I kinna mistreated them and they still love me for it..hehehe
Goodnugs, your answer will require a bit of explination so I will address weedmen than answer your question.
Weedmen, I've pulled a couple of the smaller budz in the center of the branching, just put them on a paper plate and let them dry, no curing and they tasted great for no cure and as immature as they were kicked butt.. I know you let yours go real amber before ya pick them, have ya tried them picked about 20% amber? kinna wondering how the immature trichomes on this strain are...hehehe guess I'll have to do some experimenting...hehehe
Goodnugs, here are my thoughts on laying the plants down. I don't like to grow tall. When you grow tall keeping others from seeing ya plants gets a bit troublesome. You can grow long along the ground, still grow big plants but they aren't growing tall. Another thing that I've heard a lot is; the bigger the roots the bigger the plants. The plants will root if you take a cutting and place root hormone on the cutting. Well if you lay a plant down and create a wound and cover the wound with root hormone, then provide an environment for rooting you can start a clone on a growing plant. My intention is to lay the plant down, provide a good area for the main root ball, also, provide an environment where each branch is streached out and has roots of it's own. The main stalk will have several areas of root development as will the branches. More roots the bigger the plant, the more root mass to uptake nutrients. Kind of like a sea of green out doors with one plant instead of numerous plants. When each branch has roots the nodes closest to the roots will grow bigger. you end up with each branch being like a seperate plant. Hope I wasn't too long winded with that answer..
Thanks all for the kind words and questions. They are what make this so much fun... hehehehehe
