In UK the G20 summit of April 2009 cost $30 Million. WTF? Tony Clement could have saved taxpayers untold millions by simply putting forward the suggestion to ban use of and sale of insecticides, repellents, foggers, citronella thingies until two weeks after the summit. The Blackflies, mosquitoes, no-seeums would kill off any attempt to thwart the event.

And guess what else: no nasty protesters, seething outside the gates. This is a good suggestion in light of just how much is accomplished at these G-Summit meetings.
